Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mr.hope (the “Service”), a free web app at hope-3z7.pages.dev that lets creators upload, schedule and publish short videos to their own TikTok accounts. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Mr.hope

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and allowed to use TikTok under TikTok's own terms. You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

2. What the Service does

After you log in with TikTok and approve access, Mr.hope lets you upload a video, write a caption, choose who can view it and which interactions to allow, and then post it to your TikTok account right away, schedule it for a later time, or send it to your TikTok inbox as a draft. Mr.hope posts only the videos you choose, with the settings you choose, at the time you choose. Your dashboard also shows your TikTok profile, statistics and recent videos.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep all rights to your videos. You give Mr.hope only the limited permission needed to store your scheduled videos and send them to TikTok on your behalf.
• You are responsible for your content and must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and all applicable laws.
• You must label your content honestly, including AI-generated content and commercial content, using the options Mr.hope provides.
• Do not use the Service for spam, misleading content, content you do not have rights to, or to harm others.

4. TikTok

Mr.hope is an independent service and is not made, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok decides how posts are processed and displayed. Posting may be delayed or refused by TikTok, for example if your account cannot post at that moment.

5. Disconnecting and ending use

You can stop using Mr.hope at any time. In the app, open Account and click “Disconnect and delete my data”, or remove Mr.hope in TikTok under Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services. We may suspend access that breaks these Terms.

6. Price

The Service is currently free. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and they will be optional.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mr.hope is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or content that is not posted, delayed or removed by TikTok.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, show a notice in the app.
